Dead Silence
Dead silence makes your footsteps silent, allowing you to creep up on enemies more easily. This could be combined with UAV jammer to ensure you are always concealed, which may be useful in a single life game type to increase your survival rate.
It is very specialised and can be achieved, not whilst running though, by walking or crouching when approaching a target.
